I co-formed my previous estate agency practice in 1994 and played an active role in its growth to five branches with disciplines in residential sales, lettings and financial services. Towards the end of 2015 we successfully sold the company to a much larger group, which has enabled me to set up Nicholas Moss Estate Agents.
Estate Agency is an industry which I enjoy and am passionate about. I have always relished the challenge of helping people buy and sell property. It is my aim to ensure that the process is as stress free as possible. By forming Nicholas Moss I am able to closely guide and support my clients through every step of the process. The client always comes first at every stage. I ensure that I carry out property appraisals having undertaken meticulous research and a good deal of lateral thinking. I am able to focus clearly on each client and the job in hand. My aim is to achieve the very best price for clients whilst negotiating strongly and effectively in a straightforward and no nonsense manner, which I take great pride in.My deep-rooted knowledge enables me to provide sellers with accurate pricing advice and buyers with a greater understanding of the area and confidence in their purchase.
I am fully involved in every transaction from the initial appraisal to the final handover of keys on completion of the sale. I pride myself in being easily contactable with every client being given my mobile and office telephone numbers. I always try to make myself available at a time to suit my clients and am not bound by regular office hours.
I have been privileged to have served the local community having previously been a parish councillor for eight years and am currently a school governor as well as having an active involvement with local charitable and fund raising groups.
