ABOUT NICHOLAS MOSS

Having operated as an estate agent in South Bucks since 1986, I understand the area’s housing, its people, schools and facilities.

I started my previous estate agency practice in 1994 and played an active role in its growth to five branches. Towards the end of 2015 my partners and I sold the business to a much larger group which has enabled me to set up Nicholas Moss Estate Agents on my own.

Estate Agency is an industry that I feel passionate about and I enjoy helping people buy and sell property. It is always my aim to make the process transparent and as stress free as possible for my clients.

The deep rooted knowledge of the buying and selling process enables me to assist clients from the initial appraisal to the final handover of keys. I provide a very personal service in the vein of a private client set up without the added costs that are usually incurred with such a service.

I have always forged strong and trusting relationships with my clients. Buying and selling property is a significant transaction and I feel extremely privileged that many have repeatedly put their trust in me to act for them on numerous occasions.

Being personally involved with every sale I also pride myself in being easily contactable with clients being provided with my mobile and office telephone numbers so that I am never far away and this has the added advantage of not being bound by traditional office hours.

We are able to focus clearly on each client as an individual to achieve the very best property price and will always negotiate strongly and effectively in a straight forward and no nonsense manner.

In today’s modern age there are many ways to harness technology to aid marketing and communication. The Internet and social media have become vital tools allowing properties to be marketed 24/7 both locally and internationally. However I firmly believe that the key to using technology successfully is to combine its power with actually speaking with involved parties on a regular basis throughout a transaction.

Our marketing package includes professional photography for use on the website, adverts and brochures. We produce accurate and detailed floor plans and professionally printed colour brochures which are available in both hard copy and electronic formats.

We are conscious that we need to actually sell each and every property in order to ensure that the very best price is achieved. We take time to get to know you and your property which enables us to market with knowledge and enthusiasm.

Nicholas Moss is delighted to be involved in the community and with local charitable organisations. Nick himself has served on Gerrards Cross Parish Council from 2007 to 2015, he is school governor and has sat on various local committees including those for charity fundraising and a local sports club committee. As a company we are pleased to be a sponsor of Chalfont Otters Swimming Club, Jordans Music Club, The Gerrards Cross Fun Run and The Louis Moss Memorial Bridge Competition organised by Misbourne Matins Rotary Club.
